However, if the Weapons System works with my game that would be even better because of realism. If these issues would be resolved it would work for what I have in mind. Even when I have used MasterController to master assassination, it will just say "StoryProgression denied" whenever I try to assassinate someone. Sure I can use MasterController to master it, but that is kind of lame.
It's not clear how to join the assassination career, nor is it clear how to start building up your assassination skill. Admittedly the Weapons System may also be not clear though, but I haven't tested it. The problem with the Careers Assassination module is it is not entirely clear how to use it.
